Cold spray plastic

Thanks to the low viscosity of the binder and fine-grain fillers, cold-spray plastics made from PMMA can be machine-sprayed, thus facilitating accelerated application. In most cases, they are applied in layers 0.4 to 1.0 millimeters thick.

They are

• extremely durable in thin layers
• quickly applied
• exceptionally cost-effective

Predominant applications:
Rural roads and highways.

Method of application:
Fully automatic 2-component spray-application machine.
