DEGALAN^® R 230 M

DEGALAN^® R 230 M is a low-viscosity processing aid specially developed for transparent calendered film. It improves the processing properties of the film but does not affect transparency and printability. One of the key advantages of DEGALAN^® R 230 M is the colour hold it imparts to formulations under dynamic stress.  

DEGALAN^® 3 FD

DEGALAN^® 3 FD is a medium molecular weight processing aid, which imparts fast gelation with good melt flow properties. DEGALAN^® 3 FD disperses extremly well und gives very good clarity in transparent products. DEGALAN^® 3 FD can be used in films and foils, compact sheets, profiles, pipes and fittings.

DEGALAN^® 3 FK

DEGALAN^® 3 FK is a low to medium molecular weight processing aid which imparts fast gelation combined with good melt flow properties. It allows processors to reduce plate-out during the calendering process. DEGALAN^® 3 FK can be used in films and foils, compact sheets, profiles, pipes, fittings and a lot of other applications.  

DEGALAN^® 10 FD or 10 F

DEGALAN^® 10 FD and 10 F are medium molecular weight processing aids which increase melt viscosity, especially beneficial in foam applications. They significantly improve the surface gloss of extruded rigid PVC profiles. DEGALAN^® 10 FD is a low dusting powder manufactured by a special drying process. The rheological properties of formulations incorporating DEGALAN^® 10 FD are equivalent to those containing DEGALAN^® 10 F. Typical applications for DEGALAN^® 10 F are profiles, sheets, foam applications.  

DEGALAN^® 30 FD

Baerorapid 30 FD is a high molecular weight processing aid, specially designed to increase the melt elasticity of PVC formulations. lt significantly improves the flow properties of recipes, especially in expanded PVC. It is thus possible to control the cell structure of thick sheets with low foam densities.  

DEGALAN^® 40 F

DEGALAN^® 40 F is a processing aid specially developed for foam applications. It imparts lower density at lower addition levels in comparison with DEGALAN^® 10 FD / 10 F and 30 FD by also generating an excellent surface quality. DEGALAN^® 40 F is very easy to disperse, ensuring its homogenous distribution in the PVC formulation. The use of DEGALAN^® 40 F creates foam products with a fine-pored homogenous foam structure.  

DEGALAN^® 75 F

DEGALAN^® 75 F is a processing aid with lubricating effect. This copolymer is built up by (meth-) acrylates and styrene, so it gives both an excellent compatibility in the PVC matrix and a lubricating effect on the surface. The release ability from hot metal parts such as dies, calender rolls, injection moulds, is improved without the disadvantage of plate-out brought by many external lubricants. DEGALAN^® 75 F is used in PVC foam and film applications. The dosage differs from 0.5 phr to 2.5 phr.
